David Ignat
David and Eleanor Ignat founded and opened MIT in 2001. David has been running MIT for over 20 years and continues to serve on the ACAF board of directors. The Ignat's hard work and dedication to our community has brought the "game for life" to countless children and adults in Addison County, Vermont and beyond.
General Manager
Brian McDonough
Brian McDonough has been an avid tennis player and member of MIT since the club opened in 2001. A member of ACAF’s board, Brian is also the club’s General Manager and oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility. And, he still spends plenty of time on the court as well!
Certified Tennis Professional
Franz Collas
Franz Collas is a certified tennis professional with the Professional Tennis Registry and also the owner of SoJo Tennis. He teaches tennis to people of all ages and abilities, from beginners to elite players. In addition, he has worked with numerous communities and partners to grow the game of tennis. Franz has been the Head Tennis Pro at Middlebury Indoor Tennis since it opened in 2001 and has been teaching and coaching tennis for over 30 years.
Certified Associate Tennis Instructor
Heather Potter
Heather Potter is a certified associate instructor with the Professional Tennis Registry. She teaches tennis to children ages 4 and up through summer camps, groups clinics, private lessons, and school programs. In addition, she helps to coordinate ACAF's tennis programs in the community.
