Now Play moves INDOORS...
Fall Flex League play starts this week with players from communities around Northern Vermont beginning to schedule their matches. Some matches may move indoors to the Sports and Fitness Edge clubs, Top Notch, First in Fitness, and Middlebury Indoor Tennis.  Starting in January many more interested players plan to play in the Winter Leagues at the aforementioned clubs and at facilities in Bennington, Brattleboro, Rutland, Stratton, Londonderry, St Albans, White River Junction and Woodstock.

PLEASE help - Join clubs from across the country by offering "Flex Friendly" court fees. Our VERMONT- USTA Flex Leagues need your help to grow these friendly games here in Vermont. Make it a club policy. 
 Here's why:

1. Flex Leagues introduce more players to you and your club.
2. Flex League players only need one court at a time.
3. Flex League players will book courts when its convenient to everyone.
4. Flex League scores are posted at http://www.ustaflex.com/. 
5. Flex League scores do not effect a player's NTRP.
6. Flex League players learn to compete on their own.
7. Flex Leagues are a great way to play more singles.
8. Flex League players are all entered in a prize drawing.
   
9. Flex Leagues can be played at all levels: OPEN, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 7.0.
   
10. Flex League flights are set up for singles, doubles, mixed or co-ed play.
11. Flex Leagues can be set for adults, seniors (50+) or super seniors (60+).
    
12. Flex Leagues are best when tailored to the needs of the players and the area facilities.
13. Flex League flights have suggested weekly matches and individual calendars for scheduling ease.
    
14. Flex League players can meet and play at any convenient location.
15. Flex League matches played "away" are paid by the "away" player.
16. Flex League matches played "home" are paid by the "home" player.
17. Flex League suggests you reduce your "home" player's court and guest fees.

1. Go Sign-up at www.USTAFlex.com.
2. Click on Search for Flex League and choose your Vermont League and Flight.
3. View Flight Details then click on Register.
4. Create your profile, login name and password.
5. Then follow prompts for payment.
   
6. Singles $35, Doubles $30. USTA members get a $10 discount.
7. Enjoy the game.
