The club (see photos, 90 kB total) has three courts with lockers, showers, a pro shop and a social area with kitchen facilities and room for meetings.

The rubber-based wet-lay surface is a medium speed 10-coat Plexicushion Prestige System. Plexicushion's shock absorbing qualities minimize stress and fatigue. In May 2007 the Australian Open decdided to switch to Plexicushion from their native product, ReBound Ace, for 2008. MIT's surface is identical to the one chosen for the Alexis Boss Tennis Center at Dartmouth, including installation by the same contractor, Vt Recreational Surfacing and Fencing.

There are viewing areas on two levels, and sometimes on-court seating is available.
